Abstract :
Constant Current Regulator is a tool used in the world of aviation as a constant current controller specifically designed to meet the needs of electrical resources in the airfield lighting system. The control system in Constant Current Regulator is divided into 2 local controls and remote control. After conducting observations at the Main Power House airport there was a broken Constant Current Regulator on its remote control part caused by the age factor. Therefore, to control The Constant Current Regulator must be implemented in the substation room and it is less effective because the location of the substation is far from the standby room. This final project intends to create a tool to control and monitor the operation of constant current regulators (CCR) with a prototype tool Constant Current Regulator (CCR) using Arduino. Arduino design was designed to facilitate Air Traffic Control in controlling and monitoring the operation of Constant Current Regulator remotely. The method used in this final project is to compare the results of the data obtained by the tool designed with the results of the data obtained in the previous tool. After conducting the experiment, the results obtained are that the tool works well and is evidenced by the appearance of the user interface on the Constant Current Regulator that corresponds to the display on the website when or after selecting the step.
