Abstract :
maintanance condition of the transformer by looking at the condition of the insulation media on the transformer. By using the Dissolved gas analysis (DGA) method where this method is used to see the dissolved gas content in the transformer oil which is formed from disturbances that occur on the inside of the transformer. In the Dissolved gas analysis (DGA) test, 3 methods are used, namely key gas, Rogers ratio and duval triangle. In analyzing the condition data, the total dissolved combustible gas (TDCG) is more than 720ppm so that an analysis can be carried out due to deterioration. Where from the three methods used can determine the type of failure that occurs, the transformer 1 GI Curug which is experiencing interference with dissolved gas 9542.3ppm with an analysis of overheating disturbances that occur, and the transformer 3 GI Cengkareng with a total gas of 889.58ppm with fault analysis discharges of high-energy and over heating of cellulose due to degradation of paper insulation. The best method used is the duval triangle because it can accurately analyze the disturbance that occurs and the benchmark used is the 3 main gases (methane, ethylene and acetylene). The duration of operation of the transformer affects the gas content formed, the transformer 3 GI Cengkareng experienced deterioration of the insulating oil with gas formed 889.58ppm compared to the transformer 4 GI Cengkareng with gas formed 122.40ppm or suitable for operation.
