Abstract :
Servomotor inlet valve is the main equipment Saguling which has the function to help open and close the flow of the pen stock to the direction of the turbine. The process of opening or closing the inlet valve using hydraulic system, in which the pressurized oil which is derived from the pressure tank is channeled to a servomotor to drive a piston that has been in the coupling shaft. The opening of the inlet valve can result in water flow into the turbine, otherwise if the inlet valve closes no water flowing into the turbine. Inlet valve oil pump is operated autonomously based on a pressure tank level switch. Servomotor inlet valve is not suspected to leak. Therefore, it needs to do maintenance on the inlet valve servomotor, so that leaks can be resolved and the inlet valve servomotor work is not disrupted. From the results of the inlet valve servomotor treatment for about two weeks, working hours oil pump inlet valve slightly decreased, because the second unit should start - stop. As for the comparison of working hours inlet valve oil pump do care and do not care.
