Abstract :
GeneratorSet is one component that has a high-functioning task in a generation of electrical energy. maintenance of the generator is a very important concern. Operation must be in accordance with the standard and the loading pattern must also be in accordance with the the work of the ATS Panel does not match the 25 second time setting, (ATS) panel can switch when the PLN source goes out to become a backup source for the generator set. So that the Generator Set is turned on manually. The use of the (ATS) panel cannot speed up the normalization process when a disturbance occurs in a short time according to the set in order to minimize building blackouts. From the load current calculation data on LVMDP, the selected ACB is with a nominal current of 1,200 A which is installed on the PLN input panel or GenSet. Transfer Switch Panel at the DKI Jakarta DPRD Building with large electrical power and has a busy schedule of activities in it so that fast handling is needed when the main source of PLN goes out by using in the ATS Panel which is carried out maintenance periodically to ensure the reliability of the panel.
