Abstract :
The increasing need for electricity in public places due to the development of technology and the number of street vendors who use electricity as a source of electricity energy encourages PLN to innovate to create a Public Electricity Supply Station (SPLU). SPLU is a public facility that can be used to charge mobile phone batteries, charge electric motor batteries, and can also be used by street vendors who to operate their electrical equipment and lighting. With this SPLU can reduce theft listik and can meet the needs of electricity in public places. The main component of SPLU is that the prepaid kWh meter is connected to a low voltage network. Pt PLN ULP Sungguminasa has 16 SPLU spread across 9 locations. PT PLN ULP Sungguminasa uses two types of SPLU, namely hook and standing types. Splu hook type has two parts consisting of two kWh prepaid meters and four power outlets. Meanwhile, splu standing type has four kWh meter prabyar and eight outlets. Most of which are used hook type. For electricity tariff SPLU is Rp. 1.664,52 per kWh. Meanwhile, SPLU's contribution to the overall kWh sold at PT PLN ULP Sungguminasa from 2020 to 2021 was the smallest compared to other electricity customers amounting to 357,490 kWh of Total KWh Sold by all Customers of 523,414,232 kWh.
