Abstract :
Voltage drop is the amount of voltage lost in a conductor. The voltage drop on the power line in general is directly proportional to the length of the line and the load and inversely proportional to the cross-sectional area of the conductor. The electric power distribution network is a component of the electric power system that functions to distribute electricity from the substation (GI) to the customer's location. Parangbanoa feeder with a length of 222.85 Km, loading 20 Volts to 1,250 Volts, the percentage loss value is 4% to 75%, the current value is 0.22 Ampere to 5.09 Ampere and the voltage drop value is 20433.6 to 20437, 95 Volts. In the Parangbanoa feeder with a channel length of 222.85 km, the calculation results with the assumption that the substation load is 80% in the GT.SBB.004 segment, the percentage loss is 0.09% and the voltage drop is 20436.15 Volts; assuming the substation load is 85% in the GT.SPB004 segment, the percentage loss is 0.09% and the voltage drop is 20436.05 Volts; assuming the substation load is 90% on the GT.SPB004 segment, the percentage loss is 0.10% and the voltage drop is 20435.94 Volts; while assuming the distribution substation load is 95% in the GT.SPB004 segment, the percentage loss is 0.10% and the voltage drop is 20435.94 Volts..
