Abstract :
Distribution network is one of the electrical power systems that can not be avoided from interference, especially short circuit disruption, either a short three-phase, phase with phase or short circuit between the phase and the ground. To localize such
interference, a protection system is required that meets the requirements of sensitivity, reliability, selectiveity and speed. Protection equipment that is often used in distribution
systems are over current relay (OCR) and ground fault relay (GFR), which are relays that serve to give PMT commands to open, so that the disrupted channels are separated from
the network. . In this study discussed about the security system from short-circuit interference between phases with phases using OCR and phase short-circuit disturbances with soil using GFR as a safety, and coordination calculation of OCR and GFR relay settings. In this final project discussed the coordination of OCR and GFR on 150/22 kV power transformers at tile substations. Where on the substation tile on the OCR incoming
side is set TMS by 0.2. But for this incoming side there is no GFR, because the ground of the NGR is high enough, the result of tms calculation on the incoming side is 0.18. While the tms data on the side of the supplier installed in the Tile Substation is on OCR of 0.11 and at GFR of 0.14. While the calculation result on the side of the refiner is on OCR of 0.154 and at GFR of 0.1. It can be concluded that coordination in tile substations has been
good.
