Abstract :
The tool made has several functions, namely as motor drive, solenoida and contactor drive. In the mig electric welding machine this tool serves to set the speed on the copper motor in order to provide the copper needed for the welding process. This tool has the potential to regulate the speed of the motor. On different welding machines this tool on factory made will adjust the type rather than mig welding. If it does not fit then this tool can not work. Therefore this tool is modified in such a way that it can be used in various mig welding machines so that it is not difficult to find different parts of each type of mig electric welding machine. This tool is designed manually by using potensio as a motor speed regulator manually. In the manufacture of this tool the author did the development of a tool that originally used PCB, and replaced it with a project board so that when assembling components can be easily and simpler. The motor used in this tool experiment is a 24 Volt DC wire motor with a control system used, namely a PCB microcontroller. A well-designed tool to apply in CV Laksana Karoseri.
