Abstract :
In today's era where electricity needs are growing rapidly to meet the needs of the wider community, where power loss is very very influential on the power distributed to the community and for power losses, PLN sets a standard that is allowed for the voltage drop to have a standard value of 5%. This is made from the PLN to ensure that the power supplied is not reduced from the generator to the receiving point. This research was conducted at the Angel feeder PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjungpinang Area with quantitative methods because in this study data processing and calculations were carried out with Microsoft Excel to find the value of power loss and voltage drop. After analyzing the Angel feeder which has 56 substations with a peak current of 127.6 A. The results obtained are 168.0912v or 0.840% for its Drop Voltage state and also obtained losses of 3.29 kW or 0.093%. From the results of this analysis, the Angel feeder is still in accordance with the standards of the PLN stipulation which is 5%.
