Abstract :
GIS (Gas Insulated Substation) 150 kV Muara Karang Baru is conducting commissioning after installation so that the equipment installed meets the standards and is tested from the factory. In this research, commissioning is carried out, namely PMT, which functions as closing or opening the current under normal or abnormal conditions. In this study using quantitative descriptive analysis method in which the test data in the form of numbers compared to the standard. In this study, the reliability and feasibility of the PMT were tested so that after commissioning or after the voltage state did not fail. The commissioning activities carried out at the GIS 150 kV Muara Karang Baru are testing the quality of SF6 gas, the average results are >99% purity, dew point
<-15°C, humidity <230 ppmv, visual pressure SF6/densimeter >6.3bar, average ambient temperature 28°C, synchronous test is according to standard <120ms, phase difference t <5ms, measured insulation resistance test is >1G? according to VDE standard, the test of the measured contact resistance above is below the standard FAT calculation, the measured ground resistance of 0.52? is below <1?. Of all the tests, the test results are in accordance with the standards used by IEC, Alstom, Cigre/PLN, Grid Code, GE, VDE and recommends scheduling tests on untested PMT Simultaneous.
