Abstract :
This final task research aims to find out the factors that cause over voltage and under voltage and the stages carried out to improve over voltage and under voltage in the Aceh subsystem transmission of 150 kV. The results of over voltage and under voltage analysis can be taken into consideration to maintain reliability, and quality of a system. The method used in the evaluation of over voltage and under voltage is descriptive statistical analysis techniques.method with a process of doumeation / literature, interviews and observations. Then with this method is done data processing and obtained the results of the calculation of voltage falls and factors that affect the presence of voltage falls. The occurrence of the voltage fall is due to the disconnection of the delivery line at langsa arun 2 and arun birun 2. So that those who supply the power needs for the next substations are from langsa-arun 1 and arun-birun 1, can be noticed red delivery. The measurable voltage value in Banda Aceh is 139.8394 kV with a load of 120 MW. The stage to resolve the disturbance in under voltage is to install the capacitor on the delivery, reducing the reactive power in the channel. Over voltage where more voltage occurs in Arun with a receiving voltage of 156.8 kV with a load of 20 MW, Takengon with a receiving voltage of 153.9 kV with a load of 15 MW, Lhokseumawe with a receiving voltage of 155.4kV with a load of 10 MW.
