Abstract :
Combined Cycle Power Plant UP Semarang block 2 has a HRSG that is not as good as the beginning of its establishment.This is evidenced by the frequent occurrence of leaks in one of pipes in almost all units. This leakage is also caused by many factors such as high enough pressure difference and overheating.Due to leakage of the pipe then there is a change in HRSG efficiency.With the existence of this event hence the need for big maintenance like overhaul. Overhaul done among others replace the pipe, wall, and HRSG insulation that is no longer feasible.This study was conducted to analyze the performance of HRSG before and after overhaul , where after overhaul efficiency increased. Of the load data is almost the same obtained, the result of efficiency analysis before the overhaul is 37,61% and after the overhaul increases to 39,54.
