Abstract :
This PLTS plan is an environmentally friendly energy saving at SDN 4 Cilegon City. It is hoped that with this PLTS it can produce cost savings in energy use, in this PLTS planning will be analyzed from the technical and economic aspects. In this PLTS plan, it will supply electricity with a total load of 34,742 kW. PLTS in this plan is designed with an On Grid system with a capacity of 39.6 kWp. This PLTS design produces an energy output of 62,412.08 kWh/year with a large Performance ratio of 85% which can be said that this plan is feasible. From an economic point of view, the initial investment for PLTS is Rp. 367,445,646 and the electricity price is Rp. 800/kWh. Based on the investment feasibility analysis, this PV mini-grid design is feasible to be developed with a payback period of investment occurring in the 17th year of the 2nd month of the total project life of 20 years. Then the savings from the cost of energy use after the installation of this PLTS is Rp. 8,772,454.73 per year and Rp. 731,037.90 per month, in the period of using PLTS for 20 years. The results of comparison with simulations, manual calculations get more accurate results than simulations because some of the weaknesses of the helioscope are that the data input is not so complete. However, this helioscope software can be used as a recommendation for PLTS planning to be easier because it displays directly the location where PLTS will be installed.
