Abstract :
The condition of the uneven distribution transformer phase load occurs due to the connection of the home connection (SR) in customers one phase does not pay attention to the pattern of connecting the load of each. The imbalance of load on the distribution transformer will later result in the flow flow on the neutral delivery of the transformer and cause shrinking which will later harm PLN. One of the efforts to reduce the current
on the neutral delivery of the transformer is by balancing the load through the transfer of SR (Home Connection). From the results of load balancing carried out, the percentage
of transformer load imbalance BL00107 decreased by 49.53% from the initial 52.7% after load balancing to 3.33%, at transformer BL01063 the transformer imbalance percentage decreased by 30.73% from 33.33% reduced to 2.6% and at transformer BL55671 the transformer imbalance percentage decreased by 23.43% initially from 26.94% to 3.51%. After balancing the current load on neutral delivery also decreased
and shrink also decreased. It can be said that by balancing the load is able to suppress the percentage imbalance of the transformer load that has an impact on the decrease in
neutral currents and losses.
