Abstract :
Development of an area is a challenge for PT. PLN (Persero) as a supplier of electrical energy which must fulfill the aspects of quality, efficiency and system reliability. To fulfill the reliability aspect of the system, a feature is needed which can be used to facilitate service providers through PT. PLN (Persero) made improvements to the electricity network in order to maintain customer satisfaction, then digitized the electricity distribution network in Tanjung Selor City using software ArcGis 10.1. This research is a comparative study with quantitative data analysis methods, the results of the measurement of the substation voltage from PT. PLN (Persero) Tanjung Selor area is compared with the results of load flow analysis using ETAP 12.6.0 software which refers to the digitized results of the electricity distribution network in Tanjung Selor City. The results of this study are the comparison of the measured substation voltage data with the load flow analysis results have a relatively small difference. From the four feeders the voltage drop condition is still within the PLN standard through SPLN: 72 Year 1987, which is 5% for the radial network and also the biggest power losses are in the TJS02 feeder. To simplify the field operators to maintain PT. PLN (Persero) WebGis electricity distribution network Tanjung Selor area was made which has a route tracking feature and electrical component data table that can be accessed through the web.
