Abstract :
When we build a reservoir, we also build an irrigation canal for the farm fields. The canal can be integrated with the reservoir utilization as water power electrical energy by using the Electric Generator of Micro-Hydro Power (PLTMH), as long as it does not damage or harm the reservoir. The utilization can be done by using siphon sistem PLTMH. This sistem is very useful for a reservoir, which is for Indonesia?s old reservoir, and it is also potential to generate an electricity. This research focuses on the bulb turbine for siphon sistem on the Darma Reservoir with 16 m Head and 2 m3/s water debit where the Darma Reservoir has the potency of 261 kw with 0.7 m runner diameter, 4 blades, 0,8 m guide vane diameter with 14 blades. Finally, the writer does the simulation test using CFD software the maximum velocity in turbine is 3.96 m/s and the minimum velocity that occurs in the turbine is 1.19 m/s, while the water pressure that occurs in the turbine is maximum 3.67x105 Pa and the pressure minimum of -2.10x105 Pa and the resulting torque of 3084 Nm.
