Abstract :
Electricity is a basic need of people in Indonesia, PT. PLN is a company that provides electrical energy or regulates various aspects of electricity must be able to meet demand in accordance with the needs of electrical energy in Indonesia. In the distribution, it is expected that PT. PLN has a reliable level of reliability so that customers do not experience losses in the use of electrical energy. Reliability is a measure of the performance of a system, reliability in the distribution of electrical energy is regulated in SPLN 59: 1985 with SAIDI and SAIFI parameters. SAIDI is generally a level of the duration of outages experienced by customers in one period. SAIFI is generally a level of the number of blackouts that occur in one period. In this study, the reliability index value for the 2019 period for SAIDI was 4,388 hours/customer/year, SAIFI was 9,655 times/customer/year and the 2020 period for SAIDI was 1,358 hours/customer/year, SAIFI was 10,685 times/customer/year. The value of the reliability of the Gurah Feeder is influenced by the disturbance that occurs. The most frequent disturbances are caused by trees, animals, 3rd parties and totally direct. To increase the value of the reliability index, it can be done by means of routine maintenance such as maintaining a safe network distance and replacing the type of conductor with full isolation.
