Abstract :
In order to increase the utilization of Renewable Energy resources, hydroelectric power plants are one of the many sources of Renewable Energy and potentially the largest natural resource owned by Indonesia. In Indonesia hydropower is used to generate electric energy. The PLTMH building plan is located in the village of Bathin Pengembang District Batang Asai Sarolangun District Jambi Province by utilizing the discharge of the Batang Asai river flow with the mains discharge produced by 2.86 m3s? and the height of falling water is 4.5 m. The result of the calculation of flight power generated from PLTMH Bathin Pengembang village of 100 kWatt with an annual energy of 553.800 kWh. The results of economic analysis of the development of PLTMH Bathin Pengembang Village are said to be feasible to be built because the NPV value of the project amounted to Rp 1.479.790.723,96,the value of IRR Equity and IRR Project was 17,81% and 14,20%%, PBP = 7 years.
