Abstract :
Electricity needs are increasing because of technological advances, therefore it takes the distribution of electrical energy to meet the needs of the community, In the distribution of electrical energy the transformer is one of the components that has a very important role, the principle of transformer work is electromagnetic induction in the transformer there is a very important part that is entanglement. Failure can occur in various parts of the transformer, one of the parts that often experience failure, namely on the transformer's entangler. The purpose of this study is to find out the test of transformer turn ratio, winding resistance and load losses, to detect a short circuit or failure in the transformer's winding, to find out the percentage of errors of winding test results per phase and the percentage of resistance testing on entanglers, and the value of load losses in the winding. Methods in this research in the form of literature studies are used by researchers to deepen the material and data retrieval is carried out at PT. Trafoindo Prima Perkasa data taken in the form of data on the ratio of entanglements, entanglement prisoners, loss of sacrifice and short circuit of the transformer. after getting the next data conducted peritungan and analysis to get results, the results of the winding ratio test obtained the result of the value on tap 1-5 which is 90.9760, 88.8570, 86.8670, 84.5020, 82.3180 for the results of the winding prisoner test obtained test results, namely on the primary side 10.2475, 10.2136, 10.2546 and on the secondary side get results of 0.0033223, 0.0032977, 0.0033620 and for the results of load losses tests obtained results of 4,048 watts
