Abstract :
The electric power distribution system has protection in the 20 kV SUTM, one of which is the Recloser or Automatic Circuit Breaker as a service fulfillment. Automatic Circuit Breaker or commonly called Recloser is a safety equipment for 20 kV SUTM which has a function as an anticipation of momentary disturbances so that consumers do not experience a complete or widespread power outage, so that the continuity of electricity distribution can work normally again, with research on resetting OCR and recloser on the Baros feeder in the city of Sukabumi so that if there is a disturbance, the protection system can work very optimally and when a trip occurs it is only at the point of disturbance and not comprehensive. In doing so, resetting the OCR and Recloser can be done through manual calculations and the values generated through these calculations are applied to the Power System Analysis software to simulate when a disturbance occurs so that the protection works according to the settings. The results obtained from the recalculation of working time or called TMS (Time Multiply Setting). In the data setting of existing relay outgoing data, the TMS OCR setting is 0.20s after recalculation of the TMS OCR setting is 0.768s. In CDL 2 RecIoser the existing TMS OCR data is 0.45s after calculating the TMS OCR setting fee = 0.268s.
