Abstract :
In simulating the PV system there are several software that can be used, for example, PVSYST which can analyze the PV operating system in detail. This study aims to perform manual calculation for the energy produced and the performance ratio. The formulation of the problem in this paper are: 1. How are the simulation results of the On-Grid PLTS system using PVSYST software. 2. How is the manual calculation process for the energy produced and the performance ratio. 3. How to compare the PVSYST simulation with manual calculations. The research method used is quantitative. What will be analyzed in this study is the energy generated and the performance ratio from the PVSYST simulation results with manual calculations. From the results of the comparison, it will be seen whether there is a difference or not. The results of manual calculations to find the energy produced with a performance ratio greater than the simulation results on PVSYST. The difference in energy generated between manual calculations and PVSYST simulation is 1003 kWh/year. And the difference in the performance ratio between manual calculations and PVSYST simulation is 5.41%. The two differences can be said not to have much difference. The difference results obtained are caused by factors that are not considered when performing manual calculations. These factors are temperature, orientation of the solar module and the lightness of the solar module.
