Abstract :
The Solar Power Plant located at PT. Monas Permata Persada is a solar power plant with an On Grid system that has a capacity of 5.92 kWp which is connected to the PLN network. Since PLTS Rooftop On Grid at PT. The Permata Persada Monas began operating in 2020, there has not been an analysis of its performance so it is still unknown whether the PLTS system operates properly and efficiently. Therefore, this study was conducted to analyze the performance of PLTS Rooftop On Grid at PT. Monas Permata Persada and compared the performance parameters between the simulation on the PVSyst software and the actual results of monitoring the inverter. The results of the calculation of the Performance Ratio based on actual results, obtained the value of the performance ratio from January to June 2021, respectively, which is 61%; 73%; 85%; 89%; 88%; and 71%. In comparison between the PVSyst simulation results and the actual results, the difference in electrical energy production in June was 83.4 kWh and the performance ratio was 12.4% lower than the PVSyst simulation results. Meanwhile, from January to May, the difference in electrical energy production was 34.6 kWh, respectively; 60.5 kWh; 73.9 kWh, 45.9 kWh and 42 kWh and the performance ratio is 5.2%, respectively; 9.2%; 9.8%; 7% and 7.7% greater than the simulation results of PVSyst.
