Abstract :
In a world of emerging technology, is required for maximal use of information technology specifically the Department of QA / QC PT. Kokoh_ Semesta. Based on field observation, document distribution systems are still using manual system whereby documents created and stored in the company's hardcopy vulnerable to the risks of damage, disaster, or the negligence of an employee. In order to minimize the damage then designed an where all of the documents created and stored in a web-based database system using PHP and MySQL. Were designed using the design method as the waterfall model and the UML system design. In this application the employee of the Department QA / QC can create inspection reports and Manufacturer Data Report. This application is expected to be a solution for the department QA / QC in manufacturers MDR so no more delays in the making.
