Abstract :
The door is an important part of a building. There are not a few cases of homeowners forgetting to bring their keys or losing their house keys, even today's thieves continue to use conventional ways to easily open conventional house doors. As time goes by, technology is growing, so we can
interpret technology as a door lock to make it more visible. Researchers made an electronic door lock device using RFID RC522 as a sensor. RFID RC522 is a technological tool that identifies an object by using a radio frequency. RFID RC522 has 2 main parts, namely RFID Reader and RFID Tag. This RFID Reader will read data from the RFID Tag, the RFID Tag that we use here is in the form of an E-KTP. Each E-KTP has its own different chip code. From reading the E-KTP using the RFID Reader it will unlock the electronic door in the form of a doorlock solenoid and the LCD will display the words "Welcome". In this design, Arduino Uno is used as the controller
for this electronic door lock circuit. This Arduino requires Arduino IDE as its programmer. In this Arduino IDE we enter the code or command we want so that the circuit can work as we
expect. In the design of this electronic door lock, we use sunlight as an energy source. Solar cells can convert sunlight into electrical energy that can be stored in batteries. Currently, the use of solar panels is increasingly being used because in addition to being easier, solar panels are also environmentally friendly
