Abstract :
The need for electric energy will increase as the population increases so that it requires high reliability in order to meet consumer demand for electric energy. The level of reliability are influenced by several factors, including sistem, equipment quality, maintenance and operation. Therefore, to achieve the desired level of reliability, it is necessary to determine the level of reliability the existing distribution sistem. The author will discuss the evaluation of the reliability level of the medium voltage network of 20 kV PT. PLN (Persero) ULP Pekanbaru Kota Barat, especially on Teri refiners. The method used is the section technique method, simulating ETAP 16.00 software. Using the section technique method obtained the following reliability index values for SAIDI of 3.1 hours / year, SAIFI of 10.28 times / year, CAIDI of 0.3 hours / interruption, ASAI of 0.9998 pu and ASUI of 0.00035 pu, while by using ETAP 16.00 software simulation (existing conditions) obtained reliability index values as follows SAIDI of 2.88 hours / year, SAIFI of 10.17 times / year, CAIDI of 0.284 hours / interference, ASAI of 0.9997 pu and ASUI of 0.00033 pu. The reliability index value will be compared to the target value of the company's realization.
