Abstract :
Breast cancer is one of the most common types of cancer in Indonesia. It is estimated that the incidence in Indonesia is 12 / 100,000 women, while in America it is around 92 / 100,000 women with fairly high mortality of 27 / 100,000 or 18% of deaths found in women. In image processing, determining an object is also called image segmentation. To segment the ultrasound image of breast cancer using the Median Filtering, Thresholding: Entropy, and Morphology methods. The stages of ultrasound image segmentation were carried out by the filtering process using the Median Filtering method to produce clearer images of the Grayscale image then performed using the Thresholding: Entropy method to perfect the breast cancer ultrasound image of the Median Filtering process and the Morphology method to perfect the segmentation results from the Thresholding: Entropy method. Tests carried out using 10 breast cancer data consisting of 5 data for benign breast cancer and 5 malignant breast cancer data, the results of this study are segmented only about 80% of the data. This segmentation process uses PYTHON 3.8
