Abstract :
Recruitment or recruitment is the process of getting a number of prospective workers for certain positions or jobs in an organization or company. At first the process of recruiting new employees at PT. The Reka Nusa scale is still done written with calculations without using an application so there are many weaknesses including time and energy consuming, inefficient, and difficult to store prospective employee documents that have been collected. In the previous appraisal sistem during the appraisal process it could be found the same value so that later it would be difficult for appraisers to select prospective employees to be accepted. This study aims to create a web-based application sistem that is used to facilitate the process of assessing or selecting prospective new employees. In this application applies the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method for the assessment process, where the criteria used are biographical inventory, interview results, knowledge tests basics, skills tests, integrity tests and psiokotes.
