Abstract :
The blind is a general term used for the condition of a person experiencing a disorder or obstacle in his or her vision senses. In general, the blind are walking with aids in the form of special sticks to assist him in walking and improving his safety at the time of walking. There is a problem that arises when the blind is walking home or going from a path that is usual to go or a a place that has never been passed by it. It is possible that the blind is lost and difficult to determine the way home because it does not know where the goal is. This can give rise to the concerns of the family or foundations where the blind is incorporated. Therefore, it is necessary to make a system that can monitor their presence in realtime and provide directions, providing information on steps to the destination location and in the case that the blind can also tell the family and related foundations when in trouble. Therefore, it is necessary to create tools integrated with the Global Positioning System (GPS) using a Raspberry Pi so as to provide directions to the destination location and create a system that can monitor their activities in realtime i.e. website based.
