Abstract :
In this research discusses the selection of craftsmen at UMKM Tripang Design. the current selection is unsatisfactory due to the method used only estimating the appropriate without definite selection. As a result, problems often occur in business activities. The selection of craftsmen in the study used the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, where this method has advantages over other methods in the graphic depiction of calculations. For data calculation, the criteria used are the craftsmen's price, conformity to the design, neatness of the craftsmen's results, processing time, and the distance from the craftsmen as alternatives. The results obtained from the calculation process obtained based on the assessment are MD Craft (0.643), Jati Kribo (0.468), Fillus (0.808), Arc Kraft (0.916), and Sri Asih (0.463). From these results it can be concluded that Arc kraft has the highest yield and as a solution for the selection of craftsmen.
