Abstract :
Air preheater used in the Labuan 2 Banten PLTU is a type of tri section air preheate.From the above data so that the effect of cold element change was needed. e nd to the x-ratio value. From the results of the analysis before the element change on the cold end side can get the x-ratio value of 0.626 after the element change on the cold end side becomes 0.643 and before washing with the sootblower the x ratio value is 0.638 after washing using value sootblower x-ratio is 0.641, while in terms of effectiveness value an increase occurs before the element changes on the cold end side can be effective value of 0.656 after the element change on the cold end of the effectiveness value becomes 0.724 and before washing with sootblower the effectiveness value is 0.714 after washing using sootblower effectiveness value of 0.721
