Abstract :
Population administration service is a series intended for the community and is an arrangement and control of documents and data, especially at the Duri Kosambi Village office. Population administration system services in population service reporting are currently still carried out by means of residents reporting directly to the village office. In the reporting process, residents have limited time because when reporting services they have to wait for queues and there are also many reporters. So it is necessary to design population service reporting to meet the needs of citizens in reporting administrative interests. For this reason, an optimal method is needed to compile an information system in the demographic service reporting business process. In the design of data collection using the Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) methodology with the Zachman Framework so that designs can be made for the creation of business processes in the population service reporting process in order to get a better business system.
