Abstract :
In 2020 the spread of covid-19 occurred throughout the world, including Indonesia. Covid-19 handling in Indonesia is carried out in various field, including in the technology sector by means of software development. Software development can be implemented in hospitals. However, no hospital in Indonesia has an application to calculate the percentage of opportunities for recovery of covid-19 sufferers in Indonesia. Therefore, the COV19 application was built which aims to help sufferers and their families know the percentage of chances of curing covid-19. Applications are presented using the calculation algorithm C4.5. The data used consisted of daily date, distribution, gender, age, patient symptoms and patient congenital diseases. The output of the system is the percentage of the patient?s chance of recovery, the percentage results are obtained after the patient or the patient?s family fills in the questions asked on the patient?s self-check menu on the COV19 application. From the calculation, the highest gain value is 0,97158887 in the gender attribute. Meanwhile, the results of testing the C4.5 algorithm using confusion matrix show an accuracy value of 10,1%, a precision value of 0,2% and recall value of 1,8%.
