Abstract :
The implementation of the submission of the feasibility of a thesis title at the PLN Institute of Tecnology is still done manually and not properlycomputerized so that selecting the thesis title proposed by a student, the lectur must waste more time to determine whether the title submitted is appropriate or not develop. This can result in dicision making not in accordance with pretermined criteria, and the selection must be done as well as possible. To get the expected result and more accurate in the fasibility of the thesis title. The result obtained from this study are produce an alternative that helps lectures in making decision and considering the feasibility of the thesis title submitted by students with redetermined criterian so that it is faster and more effective
