Abstract :
The Village Development Activity Plan is a government program for the development process of a village to be more advanced in all aspects. In fact, in the village of Pagar Jati, Lubuk Pakam Sub-district, Deli Serdang, North Sumatra, in determining the proposal for the village development work plan, it is still by way of deliberation where there is no indicator of consideration to get the right results in a fast time. This study attempts to create a computerized information system based on the decision support system (DSS) method that can assist the decision-making process using the SMART (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) method in determining the Village Development Activity Plan (RKPDes) by considering several criteria has been determined with normalization weights, namely Budget (18.5%), Community (15.2%), Needs (19.6%), Authority (10.9%), RPJM (Medium Term Development Plan) (20.7% ), Field Conditions (15.2%). Based on research with the SMART method (Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique) using many criteria as a comparison to get a ranking. The results of the study were the outputs of the activity priority ranking system. The benefits of this research provide an option to determine a Plan of Development Activities that can be implemented for the next year's development
