Abstract :
In the use of electricity, household electricity customers who have low power, namely 450 - 900 are not allowed to use electricity for more than 600 hours on. And if the electricity usage exceeds the provisions, then the customer must reduce electricity usage or the PLN party will encourage the customer to increase the electric power. For now there is no system that facilitates the real-time monitoring process for the amount of electricity usage, a system is needed that can facilitate the monitoring process by the survey officer as a reporter for household electricity use and the administration as a processor of the report. then created a web-based system with a system development method, namely RUP (Rational Unified Process). System design begins with analyzing the current system and system requirements. Then design the proposed system using the RUP (Rational Unified Process) method. The system is built using the PHP programming language and database using MySQL. The system flow includes SuperUser as the highest actor holder then SubSuperUser and Manager. Which is where the Sub-Superuser (Survey Officer) inputs the monitoring results into the application, then the system will store the data in the database, where the data can be seen and monitored again by the administrative officer in realtime
