Abstract :
Information system for KMP.Tao Toba Ferry Ticket SaIes at Ajibata Port is stiII done manuaIIy or has not been well computerized. The need for transportation on Lake Toba is very much needed by the people around the port of Ajibata, especially for doing tourist destinations, daily activities and also for working trips. The need for this transportation makes people sometimes come early to the Port counter to get Ferry Boat Tickets, this situation sometimes creates congestion at the port counter especially during big days. The purpose of this research is to produce an application that can help prospective passengers who want to use the KMP Ferry services. Tao Toba in ordering tickets, and also help the Management of KMP. Tao Toba in processing passenger information and also assist in printing ticket purchase reports. This research uses the First Come First Served (FCFS) method where every process that is first entered is the first one in the process until it is finished and then the next process will be carried out.
