Abstract :
Driving license (Surat Izin Mengemudi/SIM, in Indonesian) is a validation license of someone?s proficiency in driving motorized vehicles. But in the process of SIM making, sometimes administrator find the lack of SIM requesting form amount and it is even sometimes out of stock. By this SIM management application, it can predicts SIM requesting form needs of the next month earlier by using Single Exponential Smoothing method. RMSE (Root Mean Square Error) is used to find out the error of prediction. The output of this research is the prediction system of SIM requesting form needs of the next period. Beside that, there are a reminding and checking systems that are used to remind the SIM?s expired date and to check the stock availability of SIM requesting form
