Abstract :
OPS Tomok Tour is an organization in the field of lake transportation or shipping that operates in the waters of Lake Toba. The operational flow carried out by the passengers is still conventional, namely by visiting the port directly to get information about the scheduled departure and join the queue for the counter to fill in identity. This system is designed using the PHP programming language with the MySQL database and First Come First Served (FCFS) as a method for processing order confirmations in the order in which they order tickets. With this ship ticket booking system, it is hoped that it will be able to provide a solution for ship managers and passengers by providing information on ship operational schedules, minimizing queues for filling in passenger identities, controlling ship capacity and making it easier to pay ship fares.
