Abstract :
Letter-making in this day and age is still very important to use, either in a city or a village. In Citimun Sumedang Village, there is also an update to the village correspondence service system to make it easier for residents to submit letters that can be done from home through the application. During this time the letter submission is done the old way that the residents still make letters by going to the village office directly without any system in it. With the result of this application is the creation of an application that can facilitate the people of Citimun Village Sumedang Regency in filing letters so that citizens who want to submit letters can minimize the time used in the creation of correspondence. System design is used with the application of Spiral method to get design results that suit the needs of research. The result of the development of this system is that the system can accommodate the type of letter submitted by the citizen with the notification notification to the citizens so that the citizens can know the newspaper when the letter has been validated
