Abstract :
Uda and Uni are used to name young men and women who are the winners of the selection of Tourist Ambassadors or can also be called Uda Uni. In The District of Fifty Cities every year held an election event Uda Uni, where the registration of prospective participants is still done manually by coming to the local tourist office. This will definitely take a lot of time, and the scoring system also manually does not use the method. The TOPSIS method is the solution to the problem. The TOPSIS method provides several criteria with structured calculations, so that it can produce an alternative solution to determine the winner of uda uni District Fifty Cities. The results of this study used 25 participant data where the minimum value obtained is 60 and the maximum value is 90. the results of this study are also in the form of an information system that is made is the embodiment of the needs of the system that runs into a proposal system designed to facilitate potential participants in registering without having to go to the office of the Paratourism Office, and facilitate the jury in determining the winner.
