Abstract :
At PT. PLN Tello Sector, data collection system and borrowing inventory in the form of goods, machines and vehicles at PT. PLN Tello Sector is already web- based, but there are still shortcomings, namely the web is still localhost so both employees and the head of inventory procurement must carry out borrowing and data collection activities on office computers that are connected to the server network. And another problem is when employees want to make loans, borrowing must be done around the area and office working hours. Therefore, system development is carried out, the development of this inventory data collection and borrowing application is designed to make it even easier in the process of applying for loans by users and processing loan applications made by the admin. So that applications that are all website-based are developed into android-based applications. In the Android application, it is only prioritized to view inventory data, carry out the loan application process, process loan applications and monitor goods by scanning the QR code of the goods provided.
