Abstract :
Perhutani is a state-owned enterprise (seo) that has authority in managing forest sources in Java and Madura which are owned by Republic of Indonesia. The lackness of supporting instrument in data records management of the forest sources is the problem that is faced by this seo, like how to well manage the data sources, its data security system, and its data transferring network. So the mobile-based digitalization was proposed to solve all the lackness. For the data security and its data transferring network, AES-256 encryption and Json Web Token Autenthication in Rest API Services are implemented. The purpose of this research is to change the paper-based data records management into digital-based data records management. AES-256 is used to secure the data which will be transferred into server. Json Web Token autenthication in Rest API Services is used to secure the data transfer path so the better data security system of forest sources data records management called E-Boni application will be obtained
