Abstract :
Employee training program is a means to improve abilities and skills to support employee performance in PT. Solusi Bangun Indonesia through a certification test, one of them is OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) certification, where the certification assessment is still conventional. This study aims to determine the ranking of each employee who takes the certification in order to obtain alternative employees / certification participants who are entitled to pass the certification test and reduce the occurrence of inaccuracies in determining the passing of the certification test. By using the Promethee method where it can rank the various alternative values by calculating the difference in the value of each alternative against the criteria where each criterion has its own preference type which is then calculated the multicriteria preference index to obtain the Leaving Flow, Entering Flow, and Net Flow values. Then a ranking is made of the Net Flow results. By validating using the MAPE method on the results of testing 5 employee data, the Promethee method produces an accuracy rate of 84.4% with an error value of 15.6%.
