Abstract :
With the selection system at Quantum Akhyar Institute used previously without any system available that supports decisions, coupled with stacked files, then the selection is done manually until it is quite difficult for the selector team to produce decisions on participants. Therefore, a decision support system is needed that can assist in decision making. In this study using a simple multi-attribute rating technique method so it is necessary to determine the weight of criteria with normalization. Then calculate the utility values and final values and sort the rankings. With the presence of the application system on the selection of participants memorizing this Qur'an displays a transparent and fast and accurate calculation result
