Abstract :
The high production of Indonesian motorbikes is not in line with the creation of any creation of motorcycle safety system, so that from years to years the number of motorbike thefts continues to increase and makes motorbike owners feel insecure about their motorbikes. In general, all of motorcycle manufacturers complete the safety system on the motor, using a double lock. But as technology develops, the double lock has been able to be broken into by the theft. For this reason, a more security system is needed that is able to notify when a motorcycle is stolen and is able to provide more authority to motorbike owners. In this research, a security system based on Internet Of Thing (IoT) was designed that combines the Arduino Uno module with the Wifi Wemos D1 ESP8266 module. This system is also equipped with an additional RFID-based locking system which is able to give more authority to motorbike owners. The detection of theft indications in this research uses push button at several crucial points. User will receive notification of an indication of theft in the form of an email. The results in this research shows that the notification was successfully received by the user and RFID successfully reads the E-KTP for configuration.
