Abstract :
The Music Corps of the PLN Jakarta Institute of Technology is one of the student organizations in order to be able to express their musical spirit, this organization can work together with other student organizations in terms of borrowing and borrowing musical instruments or equipment. In the lending process, it is still using manual methods or using simple forms so that it is difficult to develop a loan schedule, you have to open a loan logbook to see the loan schedule that has been filled in on that date and time or not. In the Music Corps IT PLN has several divisions, which are located in the lending section of musical instruments and equipment, namely the secretarial division. In this study, researchers will create a system that makes it easier for officers and customers in the borrowing process by creating web and Android based applications. This application uses the FCFS (First Come First Served) method and the FIFO (First In First Out) Algorithm, which are abstracts related to how to build and manipulate data relative to time and priority. Data collection was done by means of interviews and literature studies to complete the final project. The results will create a web and Android based lending system to help schedule, and provide security information in loan documents that are accessed online
