Abstract :
PT. PLN (Persero) UPDL Makassar has 84 rooms and consists of 7 names of guest houses that can be used by participants when going to training in this place. However, the process of ordering training participants' rooms at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDL Makassar has not been managed properly and is still done manually. The purpose of this research is to produce a web-based room reservation application at the PT. PLN (Persero) UPDL Makassar. This application was created using the HyperText Makup Language (HTML) programming language, Perl Hypertext Processor (PHP), and MySQL. The resuIt of this research is a web-based room reservation application with access rights, namely the receptionist / staff as admin and guests / training participants as users. So that with this application it is hoped that the existing business processes at PT. PLN (Persero) UPDL Makassar, especially the Financial Administration Services section.
