Abstract :
Watering is something that must be done to care for and nurture the plants for them to thrive. Where watering is always done manually. This method is inversely proportional to current technological progress. Therefore, an automatic plant watering tool has been designed for the purpose of assisting with watering. This automatic watering device uses an Arduino mega 2560 microcontroller by applying the Mamdani fuzzy method in the process. This tool can be monitored with a website based application. This tool uses components such as DHT11 sensor, soil moisture sensor, ultrasonic sensor, LCD display, ESP 8266 wifi module, relay, water pump and breadboard. The results obtained from the Mamdani fuzzy process are that the DHT11 sensor can provide values in three categories, they are cold (0-13), normal (14-26), hot (27-40), then the sensor of soil moisture also provides values with three categories. they are wet (0-33), normal (34-66) and dry (67-100).
