Abstract :
UP3 Manokwari in dealing with the disruption of distribution network feeders, UP3 Manokwari have a problem in knowing the location of the disturbance and classify the point and type of disorder. As for the other problems is the recap report of a disorder that is still conventional, where reports detail the disorder is rarely recapitulated in real time and delivering information on the information interruption is less effective to the officers and leaders. The purpose of this study is to obtain a pattern or node by using the algorithm of C4.5 to classify the point and the type of disorder distribution network feeders, as well as to help officers in the process of summarizing detail disorders. This study uses the stages of the method CRISP-DM. The evaluation of the patterns using the tools Rapidminer and use the Confusion Matrix for testing the accuracy rate of classification methods. The results of the study showed that to classify the fault point can be determined by the load factor the interference and relay with 3 (three) pattern / node whereas for the classification type can be determined by factors that damage occurred and the cause of the disorder with a 16 pattern / node level
rules the accuracy of the model algorithm the C4.5 of 87.80% for the classification of types of disorders and 96.15% for the classification of the point of interruption.
