Abstract :
This research was conducted to determine a classification of the Village Development Index category from a village in Indonesia. In making this classification system the application of the method used is Naive Bayes in determining the category of a village that has 42 different criteria. There are three grouping criteria, namely lagging behind, developing, and advancing. From the test results using 5456 training data and 38 test data, the results obtained were 10 underdeveloped villages, 28 developing villages and 0 developed villages. Thus the application system can be used to determine the Village Development Index category group
